Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Nerve, you agree to these terms. If you are using Nerve on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nerve. One person, one account — you are responsible for what happens under yours, and for keeping your credentials safe. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Nerve is an AI-powered revenue intelligence system. It surfaces risks, opportunities, and recommendations based on your data.

Nerve does not guarantee any business outcome. Its insights are decision support, not a promise. Nerve is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice — for those, consult a qualified professional.

You own your data. You keep all rights to it. We process it only to provide and improve the service for you. We do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties beyond the processors needed to run Nerve.

Do not use Nerve to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malicious code, attempt to breach our security, or interfere with the service for other customers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

Nerve is a monthly subscription. New accounts get a 14-day free trial — no charge until it ends. After the trial, your plan bills monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and there are no cancellation fees.

We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages at our providers, or events beyond our control can interrupt access. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

Nerve is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party can end this agreement at any time — you by cancelling, us with reasonable notice. After termination, we retain your data for 30 days so you can export it, then permanently delete it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of India.
